About Ridgeline
Ridgeline Mounted Archers is an organization specializing in the 3000 year art of classical mounted archery. Students travel from all over the world to learn from our incredible instructors. Our program offers an entry-level equestrian school, advanced training program, and clinics all over the world. Our home facility is located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon where we keep our highly trained competition and school horses.

Entry Level Classes with Advancement Opportunities
Our Equestrian School is designed to teach you everything you need to know to be safe and successful with horses in 2-4 years. Our school runs in 12 week terms and tuition options pay for 1-3 riding lessons per week and weekly horsemanship classes. This program is open to everyone and is designed for students who are beginning riding, intermediate and don't own their own horse or want to advance skills they already have.

Horsemanship Classes
To graduate our Equestrian School program, students are required to complete our horsemanship classes in addition to attending regular riding classes. Graduation takes between two to four years. Students who attend more frequent riding classes complete the program in a shorter time.

Advanced Training with Specialized Instruction
Mastery path is for students who are serious about pursuing mastery of the art of horsemanship. Instruction is specialized for each individual and tailored to their equine partner. This is an ongoing program with an emphasis on focused, purpose driven training. Students are expected to have an ongoing equine partner for their focus and be regularly riding and training on their own. Available only by application or invitation to students who have graduated from the equestrian school or have equivalent experience. Lessons are taught by world class instructor Carey Elmring Norland.
