Our program is an equestrian school that runs in 12 week terms. Tuition includes once, twice, or three times weekly lessons, weekly on the ground classes, horse time, and archery club membership for mounted archery students. Our riding lessons are scheduled Tuesday-Sunday. On Monday's the horses have a day of complete rest where humans don't bother them. All of our horses are scheduled 2 days off weekly.

All mounted archery students begin by learning archery and riding separately, and then slowly combine the two at a halt, walk, trot and canter, then continue moving up the Guild levels through arena charges, battlefield courses and cross-country mounted archery courses. We follow structured Guild curriculum which includes tests that student will pass as they gain skill.

Our riding students can choose from a variety of disciplines to work on, and most choose to cross train in all the disciplines we offer. All our beginner riding lessons are private until the student is capable of balancing and controlling their horse independently. We offer part leases on our school horses for intermediate and above students and opportunities for students to show locally in dressage and jumping.

Students who own or lease their own horses can get travel lessons where the instructor travels to them to teach, or they can haul in. We regularly have instructors travel to the Corvallis area. We also offer clinics at our barn, like the Warrior Camp in the summer, and travel to teach clinics as well.

Our archery students can choose to learn Olympic recurve or traditional styles of archery and join in on our twice weekly club meetings and competitions through USA Archery. We offer many different styles of traditional archery including barebow and horse archery styles. Students interested in horse archery style can work their way through the International Guild of Mounted Archers Ground Horse Archer curriculum to earn their Lifetime Merit Membership as a Ground Horse Archer.

We value safety first and require all students to wear safety equipment including, riding pants, breeches, jeans or tights, riding boots with a one inch heel, gloves and a fitting STMI rated riding helmet. Students are required to purchase their own equipment including a helmet after the first month of lessons.

Our school runs in terms which follow the U of O schedule. This allows us to follow our curriculum as well as give our horses and instructors time off between terms to recover, rest, practice, get veterinary care or training and work on projects at the barn.

All of our students begin with a trial lesson to see if is a good fit,and then move on to enrollment in the school. We can always enroll students half or part way through a term, unless we have no spots left with our horses or instructors. We recently added new instructors and a new lesson horse to our program so we have five new spots available for fall term.

Our terms can be billed in three segments or 1. Our prices listed below cover 4 weeks, or 1/3 of the term.

People come from all over the country to learn from us! Don't miss out on your opportunity!
